Vietri Outlet
Everyone wants to know about the vietri outlet, but unless you can drive to North Carolina you are probably just plum out of luck! There is a reason why everybody wants to know about this place, it's because they sell vietri dishes at incredibly cheap prices. These dishes are so gosh darn expensive that anytime we can find a special deal we jump right on it!
Unfortunately I can't help you with the outlet store but what I can do is suggest several of my favorite vietri dishes that are slightly less expensive than the normal ones which will make you feel like you've found the outlet store even though you haven't!
Vietri Rosso Vecchio Dot Rectangle Platter this is a very nice platter that will cost you $86. Okay so that's not very cheap, I lied; you just can't find cheap dishes from this company! Handmade of terra-cotta in Tuscany, this dishwasher safe platter is very nice and could become a centerpiece for your table. It is bright red in color, even brighter than cherry red and it is bordered by white stripes giving it a very unique design. The stripes are applied by hand using a peretta, which is an Italian type of syringe that you won't find in other dishes!
Vietri Rosso Vecchio Dot Small Oval Dish this bowl costs $41 and goes with the platter that I just described above. It is the same bright red color with white hand-applied to stripes using the same peretta technique. I love the fact that these dishes are dishwasher safe even though they're very expensive because usually you don't get that option for expensive dishes but that's why we love them. This is a bowl but it's almost shallow enough to be a plate so you really want to keep that in mind before you purchase.
Vietri Incanto Lace Cereal Bowl at $39 this is a real bowl not like the one I mentioned above. It is microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe which is amazing if you really think about it. This is a white bowl that is very elegant looking and of course is made in Italy. I'm not quite sure how I would describe the bowl because it has a sort of scrolling rim the gives it a very unique shape it almost reminds you of flower vase.
Vietri Incanto Curl Small Oval Platter at $47 this platter goes with the bowl that I just mentioned making a nice little set all by themselves. The platter is quite large at 12.25 inches in length and 7 inches in width. Well okay that's not very large but it's pretty large for the price and from this company that's saying something. It has a nice swirling border much like the bowl giving it a very unique design that is sure to stand out.
Okay, so I didn't give you vietri outlet type prices but as I said that's just because they don't really exist. If you want to enjoy these amazingly beautiful dishes you simply have to shell out the money and there's really no two ways about it unless you get in your car and drive to North Carolina and hit the outlet store but even then I'm not really sure how much of a selection you're going to find. So you may just have to suck it up and open the wallet, and maybe that's only right because in this world you get what you pay for!
